HIGH-NET-WORTH WEALTH MANAGEMENTFee-Only Fiduciary Wealth Management in Houston
Analog Capital Partners combines institutional-style investment management, comprehensive financial planning, in-house tax planning and preparation, and coordinated estate strategy for high-net-worth families, retirees, executives, founders, and business owners.
As an independent registered investment adviser based in Houston, we help clients organize their financial lives, make better decisions with their capital, and build a long-term plan that adapts as life, markets, tax laws, business interests, and family priorities change. Our role is simple: provide objective advice, manage complexity, and help you make confident financial decisions with a disciplined process.
Advice Aligned With Your Interests—not Product Sales
Fee-only. 100% partner-owned. No product commissions. Analog Capital Partners is compensated directly by clients through disclosed fees rather than commissions for selling investment or insurance products. Our fee-only structure removes an important category of sales conflict, and we disclose material conflicts so clients can understand how they are addressed.
our fiduciary promiseWhat Fiduciary Wealth Management Means
Analog Capital Partners is a registered investment adviser. Within the scope of our advisory relationship, we owe clients fiduciary duties of care and loyalty.
In practical terms, that means we seek to understand your objectives, provide advice based on your financial circumstances, avoid subordinating your interests to our own, and disclose material conflicts clearly enough for you to make an informed decision.
At ACP, fiduciary wealth management means advice designed around your goals rather than a product sale. It means transparent fees, investment recommendations connected to your financial plan, and ongoing guidance as your circumstances evolve.
We believe wealth management is most effective when every major financial decision is evaluated together — not in isolation.
Our Fiduciary Commitment
When you work with Analog Capital Partners, our commitment is to:
act as a fiduciary within the scope of our advisory relationship;
base recommendations on your goals, circumstances, risk capacity, liquidity, and financial plan;
receive compensation from clients rather than investment-product commissions;
explain advisory fees, investment costs, and material conflicts;
monitor your portfolio and plan according to the agreed scope of service;
coordinate investment decisions with tax, estate, retirement, and family considerations.
How Analog Capital Partners Is Paid
Analog Capital Partners is compensated directly by clients through disclosed advisory and professional-service fees. We do not receive commissions for selling investment or insurance products.
Ongoing wealth-management fees are generally based on the assets ACP manages and are disclosed in writing before the relationship begins. Optional tax planning, tax preparation, and other specialized professional services may be separately priced. Legal services are provided under a separate attorney-client engagement with qualified counsel.
Before becoming a client, you should understand:
ACP’s advisory fee
the underlying cost of investments
any separately priced planning or tax services
custodial or third-party expenses, if applicable
the services included in the relationship
Your Assets Are Held With Independent Custodians
Client investment accounts are held with independent institutional custodians, including Charles Schwab and Goldman Sachs, rather than being held in ACP’s operating accounts.
ACP provides investment advice and account management under the terms of the client agreement, while the custodian maintains the account and provides independent account reporting.
This separation gives clients direct visibility into their holdings, transactions, and account values.

A Coordinated Approach to Wealth Management
Most financial advice is fragmented. One person manages investments, another prepares taxes, another drafts estate documents, and another sells insurance. The problem is that each decision affects the others. Our approach is different. We help connect the major areas of your financial life so your investment strategy, tax strategy, estate plan, cash flow, risk management, and family goals work together.
Institutional Investment Management
ACP builds proprietary multi-asset portfolios internally rather than relying on an outsourced model portfolio. Depending on the client, portfolios may combine quantitatively selected equities, U.S. Treasuries, real estate securities, precious metals, and other diversifying strategies.
Our process emphasizes risk-adjusted returns, drawdown management, sequence-of-return risk, liquidity, and the role the portfolio must play inside the client’s long-term financial plan. Alternative or private-market investments may also be considered for suitable and qualified clients when the expected benefits justify their cost and illiquidity.

Comprehensive Financial Planning
The financial plan connects the portfolio to the life it is intended to support. We model retirement income, cash flow, Social Security, major purchases, liquidity needs, taxes, estate objectives, insurance risks, charitable goals, and alternative scenarios so that financial decisions can be evaluated in context.
The plan is not a one-time document. It provides the framework for portfolio construction, withdrawal strategy, tax decisions, and ongoing advice as circumstances change.
In-House Tax Planning & Preparation
Analog Capital Partners offers optional tax planning and tax preparation through experienced in-house CPAs. Clients may also retain an outside CPA, in which case we coordinate the investment and financial-planning strategy with that professional. Our tax capabilities include Roth-conversion analysis, capital-gains planning, charitable strategies, retirement-distribution planning, business taxation, and other planning appropriate to the client’s circumstances.

Estate & Trust Planning
ACP provides estate-strategy design, financial and tax modeling, beneficiary review, trust-funding coordination, and ongoing investment management. Legal documents—including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives—are prepared and reviewed by qualified estate-planning counsel under a separate attorney-client engagement.
For complex estates, ACP coordinates the legal, tax, investment, and financial implementation across the family’s professional team.
Founder & Business Owner Wealth Planning
Founders and business owners often face financial planning challenges that traditional wealth management does not fully address. A business may represent the majority of your net worth. Your income, liquidity, tax exposure, risk, estate plan, and family financial future may all be tied to one concentrated asset. That requires a different level of planning.
We help founders and business owners think through pre-liquidity planning, business-sale preparation, concentrated net worth, tax strategy coordination, post-exit investment planning, cash flow after a liquidity event, estate and trust planning considerations, family-office-style financial organization, and life after a business transition.
The best time to plan for a liquidity event is usually before the transaction happens. Proactive planning can help reduce avoidable mistakes and create a clearer path for the capital you have worked to build.
Family-Office-Style Advice Without Unnecessary Complexity
Many successful families do not need a traditional single-family office, but they do need more than basic financial advice. Analog Capital Partners provides family-office-style wealth management across investments, planning, tax strategy, estate coordination, risk management, and major financial decisions — helping you answer questions such as how your portfolio should be structured around your goals, how much liquidity to maintain, how to reduce unnecessary tax drag, and how to prepare the next generation for wealth.
